Sooperfoods – Shipping & Delivery Policy

 


1. Delivery Coverage

Sooperfoods delivers fresh detox juices to selected areas, societies, and delivery zones covered by our delivery partners.
Orders outside the service area cannot be accepted.


2. Delivery Timings

  • All fresh detox juices are delivered daily between 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Monday to Saturday).

  • Sunday is a weekly off, and no deliveries are made.

  • Delivery timings may vary slightly based on route, traffic, or operational conditions.


3. Delivery Rules for New Orders & Subscription Changes

To maintain accurate production planning and ensure fresh early-morning delivery, Sooperfoods follows strict cut-off times for all subscription activities.

3.1 Changes made BEFORE 7:00 PM

If a customer performs any of the following before 7 PM:

  • Places a new order

  • Renews an existing order

  • Changes units/day (delivery quantity)

  • Changes product

  • Updates hold/resume dates

→ The change will be effective from the NEXT delivery day.

Example:
Change made on 10th at 6:30 PM → Effect from 11th.


3.2 Changes made AFTER 7:00 PM

If the customer makes the action after 7 PM:

  • New order

  • Subscription modification

  • Unit change

  • Product change

  • Hold/resume update

→ The change will become effective from delivery date = order date + 2 days.

Example:
Change made on 10th at 8 PM → Effect from 12th.

Why this rule exists?

Because production planning for next day’s early-morning delivery closes by 7 PM every day.


4. Delivery Responsibility & Customer Availability

  • Delivery agents will deliver to the registered address or follow the customer’s delivery instructions.

  • If customer is unavailable, delivery may be left with security (if society rules permit).

  • Sooperfoods is not responsible for:

    • Missed deliveries due to incorrect address

    • Unavailable customer

    • Society restrictions

    • Delay due to external factors


5. Delivery Confirmation

  • Delivery is recorded digitally by the delivery agent.

  • Customers must report non-delivery by 10 AM on the same day to be eligible for support/refund (see Refund Policy).


6. Hold & Resume Delivery

Customers may pause their subscription:

Hold Effective Timing:

  • Hold requested before 7 PM → starts next day

  • Hold requested after 7 PM → starts from order date + 2 days

Resume Effective Timing:

  • Resume requested before 7 PM → resumes next day

  • Resume requested after 7 PM → resumes from order date + 2 days

Hold days automatically extend the subscription’s end date.


7. Delivery Failures & Exceptions

We may temporarily pause deliveries due to:

  • Extreme weather

  • Operational issues

  • Public holidays

  • Society restrictions

  • Local events or emergencies

Customers will be notified whenever possible.


8. Perishable Product Handling

  • All juices are freshly prepared and should be consumed on the same day.

  • Refrigerate immediately upon receiving.

  • Sooperfoods is not responsible for spoilage due to late pickup or improper storage.
