About our Cancellation & Refund Policy
All Sooperfoods subscriptions are prepaid.
Once payment is made, the subscription cannot be cancelled.
No refunds will be issued for partially used or unused subscription days.
If a customer does not wish to continue temporarily, they may place the subscription on hold:
Hold requests must be submitted at least one day in advance.
Subscription can be resumed on any future date of choice.
Hold days are added to the end of the subscription period.
This replaces the need for cancellation in a prepaid subscription model.
A refund is applicable only if the customer does NOT receive the product on a valid delivery day.
We deliver daily between 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM.
To be eligible for a refund:
Customer must report non-delivery within 2 hours of the delivery window closing.
Last reporting time: by 10:00 AM on the same day.
Reports made after 10:00 AM will not be eligible for refund consideration.
Refund is valid only if:
Delivery was not made to the registered address,
and delivery agent confirmation/logs show no successful delivery.
Not eligible:
Customer was unavailable to collect the item.
Customer did not inform gate/security instructions.
Customer provided incorrect address or contact details.
Juice was delivered but picked up late or misplaced afterwards (perishable product).
If confirmed as a genuine non-delivery:
Refund will be processed for that specific day’s delivery amount.
Subscription continues for all other days.
Refund method:
Returned to original payment mode within 7–10 working days.
Refunds are not provided for:
Delivered products (fresh & perishable).
Late consumption, taste concerns, or personal preference issues.
Delays caused by weather, society restrictions, or unforeseen operational issues.
Customers forgetting to pause / hold the subscription before the deadline.
Partially completed subscription periods.
Fresh juices are perishable and must be consumed the same day.
Subscription is advance payment based, and all payments are taken upfront.
Customers are responsible for providing timely hold requests and accurate delivery details.
