1. Introduction

Welcome to Sooperfoods (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By placing an order, subscribing to our services, or interacting with our WhatsApp bot, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms govern all juice subscriptions, deliveries, renewals, payments, and customer interactions.


2. Nature of Service

Sooperfoods provides:

  • Fresh, cold-pressed detox juices delivered daily.

  • Subscription-based plans (6 days, 25 days, 50 days, 90 days, etc.).

  • Delivery from Monday to Saturday (Sunday is a weekly off).

  • Home delivery to supported societies and locations.

All products are freshly prepared and perishable, intended for same-day consumption.


3. Orders & Subscription Plans

  • Orders can be placed via WhatsApp or through the admin team.

  • A subscription starts only after:

    • The order is placed, and

    • Payment is completed and confirmed.

  • Each subscription corresponds to a fixed number of delivery days based on the chosen plan.

  • Deliveries occur daily, except Sundays and declared non-service days.

  • Delivery quantity (units/day) is defined during order placement and can be updated upon customer request.


4. Payments

  • All payments must be made in advance through our digital payment gateway (Razorpay).

  • Subscriptions are prepaid and activated only after successful payment.

  • Payment confirmation is sent via WhatsApp automatically.

  • Failed, pending, or incomplete payments will not activate the subscription.


5. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is available only in supported service areas and societies.

  • Delivery timing may vary depending on location and route planning.

  • If the customer is unavailable to collect the juice, the delivery will be left as instructed or with security (if allowed by society rules).

  • No replacement or re-delivery will be provided for missed deliveries caused by customer unavailability.


6. Pause / Hold Subscription

Customers may place their subscription on hold:

  • Hold must be requested at least one day in advance.

  • Hold applies from the next valid delivery date.

  • Hold days extend the subscription end date.

  • No holds can be applied retrospectively (past dates are not allowed).


7. Renewal Policy

  • Renewals can be initiated by the customer or the admin.

  • If the current subscription still has pending deliveries, renewal will begin only after the parent subscription is fully completed, excluding Sundays and hold days.

  • Payment is required in full to activate the renewal.

  • Auto-activation occurs based on Sooperfoods’ delivery calendar logic.


8. Product Quality & Consumption

  • All juices are freshly prepared on the day of delivery.

  • Consume immediately for best results.

  • Refrigerate if consuming later the same day.

  • Do not consume the product the next day due to perishability.

Sooperfoods is not liable for:

  • Spoilage due to late consumption.

  • Improper storage.

  • Allergic reactions or health conditions; customers are advised to check ingredients.


9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because products are fresh and perishable:

  • No returns are accepted.

  • No refunds for delivered products.

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once delivery starts.

  • In exceptional cases (like unserviceable locations or operational constraints), Sooperfoods may issue a partial or full refund at management discretion.


10. Complaint & Issue Resolution

  • Customers can report complaints via WhatsApp.

  • Complaints related to delivery, product quality, or service will be addressed within a reasonable time.

  • Admin may mark complaints as resolved once handled.

  • Sooperfoods reserves the right to assess validity of complaints and respond accordingly.


11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery address and contact details.

  • Ensure timely payment for activation.

  • Be available to receive deliveries or provide clear instructions.

  • Inform Sooperfoods promptly about hold/resume requirements.

  • Not misuse the WhatsApp bot or system.


12. Communication & Notifications

By using the service, customers consent to receive:

  • Order confirmations

  • Payment links

  • Delivery reminders

  • Hold/resume alerts

  • Renewal notifications

  • Updates & promotional messages (optional)

via WhatsApp and/or SMS.


13. Data Privacy

  • Customer data is used solely for providing service, communication, and delivery.

  • We do not share customer details with third parties except payment gateways and delivery partners.

  • All payments are handled securely through Razorpay.


14. Service Limitations

Sooperfoods may suspend or modify service due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Operational constraints

  • Supply shortages

  • Society/area restrictions

If any such scenario occurs, customers will be notified in advance whenever possible.


15. Amendments

Sooperfoods reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on our website and may be shared via WhatsApp.


16. Acceptance

By placing an order or continuing the subscription, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
